Beard
BEARD
Assalamualaikum Teech, this is my first post for this blog. i hope you enjoy with my post and give more information. Facial hair was part of being “the man” as it represented strength, power and glory for every man.But as the years went by, the amount of facial hair became thinner and shorter. Today, in the 21st century, most men walk around with bald faces with the misconception that having a hairless face is an attractive feature for women. The truth is the majority of women will always find a bearded man more attractive than a bald faced guy even though some of these women complain that beards give them itchy faces when the guy is being affectionate or they feel they’re dating their grandfather. The main secret is generally having grooming manners in preserving a beard that will make women run to you not away from you. However, having a beard is not just for attracting the opposite sex. There are lots of benefits of having a beard and here are some of those benefits.
EL NINO
assalammualaikum and greeting to all.. today i want to share about the effect of EL NINO to us. i'm pretty sure that you must know about it right?? if you are not, today i will let you know what is it..
El Nino is is a band of warm ocean water temperatures that periodically develops off the Pacific coast of South America. El Niño is defined by prolonged warming in the Pacific Ocean sea surface temperatures when compared with the average value. The accepted definition is a warming of at least 0.5 °C (0.9 °F) averaged over the east-central tropical Pacific Ocean. Typically, this anomaly happens at irregular intervals of two to seven years, and lasts nine months to two years.[5] The average period length is five years. When this warming occurs for only seven to nine months, it is classified as El Niño "conditions"; when it occurs for more than that period, it is classified as El Niño "episodes".[6] Similarly, La Niña conditions and episodes are defined for cooling.

The first signs of an El Niño are:
- Rise in surface pressure over the Indian Ocean, Indonesia, and Australia
- Fall in air pressure over Tahiti and the rest of the central and eastern Pacific Ocean
- Trade winds in the south Pacific weaken or head east
- Warm air rises near Peru, causing rain in the northern Peruvian deserts
- Warm water spreads from the west Pacific and the Indian Ocean to the east Pacific. It takes the rain with it, causing extensive drought in the western Pacific and rainfall in the normally dry eastern Pacific.

BREAKFAST :)
Assalamualaikum and Greetings!
Hello readers!
- First of all, if i have a wrong grammar, spelling or sentences please correct me Teech, please. Okay, i have no idea to write actually. But, suddenly i got idea to write and share information about "important of breakfast". Maybe i not the breakfast person. Haha. ;p. We should eat breakfast because it gives a lot of benefits to our daily life. Why breakfast can benefit our body?
- Breakfast play as important meal of the day for everyone after about 8 hours without eating to start their routines activities especially for us as a student that need full attention during class.
- Do you know that if we eating breakfast every day, it will give a lot of benefit to us as students? School performance benefit, health benefits, help students to do better in physical activity and weight control are the benefits of eating breakfast for students.
- There are several articles that show the benefits of eating breakfast for students. Article written by Jessica Bruso from Demand Media, list up the benefits of eating breakfast for students such as school performance and health benefits. According to the article written by Lindsay Boyers, I want to reinforce that breakfast play a role as weight control to ourselves. Eating breakfast can help boost concentration.
- In the morning, after fasting while we sleep, our brain and body need the energy and nutrients from food to get us going.Eating a nutritious breakfast can have beneficial effects on our concentration and memory throughout the day. In addition, they also will have a lower risk for heart disease if they take a nutritious breakfast such as low fat dairy, high fibre cereals, fruits and vegetables.
- Moreover, energy provided by breakfast allows students to fully participate in physical activities including physical education and extracurricular activities.
- The last benefit of eating breakfast for students is weight control. The breakfast eaters tend to weigh less than breakfast skippers according to many studies. There is a theory states that eating a healthy breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the day especially for students that have a class from the morning until noon and this helps them make better food choices at other meals. This will reduce obesity among students which gain healthy environment for students to focus on their studies such as high level confidence.
- As we have seen, there are a lot of benefits of eating breakfast for students which are school performance benefit, health benefits, help students to do better in physical activity and weight control and it shows that breakfast play an important role among students because breakfast can help us be better, feel better and do better in our daily life.
sincerely, eira. ;) fss
